AI and agents
Most AI in business software can only answer questions. AURA opens the record and fills it in. It reads an enquiry, looks up what you quoted that customer last time, writes the quotation and the follow-up email, and marks the visit as done when your engineer confirms it. You see everything it has written before it goes anywhere, and nothing is sent until someone says yes.
Every quotation has an owner and a date. The ones untouched for two weeks appear on one list, not in somebody's memory.

Price lists and discount limits are set once. A rate below them needs approval before the quotation goes out.
Dashboards and reporting
The figures update as the work happens, so the number on your phone is the number in the system right now — not last night's report. Your own team can build a report by picking the columns they want, and send it to Excel when the auditor or the bank asks for it.
Analysis runs on the same tables the transactions post to. There is no extract to wait for and nothing to reconcile.
Choose the columns, filter, group and save it. Nobody raises a ticket for a new report.

The whole system
When a work order uses material, the stock, the labour and the accounts all update together. Payroll reaches the accounts on its own. GST returns, e-invoicing and e-way bills are built from the same entries. Nothing has to be copied from one place to another, and there is nothing to tally at month end.
Runs on JioCloud in India, on Azure, Oracle Cloud or AWS, or on a server in your own factory. The source is open, so your team or your partner can read how a cost is calculated and change what a document prints.
