Sell an ERP you can actually deliver

Most partners do not lose money on the licence. They lose it on the implementation that ran three months over. Onfinity is built to be configured rather than coded, which is where a partner's margin actually comes from.

The commercial part

No joining fee, whether you resell or implement

A partner programme that charges a reseller to join has taken its margin before you have sold anything. Onfinity does not, and the deal you register stays yours.

Nothing to pay to start
No joining fee, no annual fee, and no minimum you have to commit to before the first deal.
Register the deal and it is yours
The opportunity you bring is protected. You are not bidding against the vendor you signed with.
Not every firm in your city
Onfinity signs a limited number of partners in a market. Ten partners chasing one deal is how margin disappears, and it is the vendor who lets that happen.
20% of the licence, and it does not step down
Twenty per cent on every edition, every renewal and every upsell, for as long as the customer stays. A programme that pays well in the first year and little after it leaves your book worth less every year.
The implementation is yours
The services around a deal are the larger half for a partner who delivers well, and they grow with the edition.

Which one are you

Three channel models, built around what you are good at

Some firms sell and never implement. Some implement and never sell. Most do a bit of both. The arrangement follows your strength rather than one model everybody has to fit. Nothing locks you into where you start.

Implementation partner

You run the implementation. Onfinity supplies the licence, the training and a consultant when a deal needs one. The services revenue is yours.

Reseller

You sell the licence and bring the customer. Delivery is yours, or Onfinity's, or shared — whichever suits the deal and your bench.

Build on it

Software vendors who embed Onfinity underneath their own product, and sell it as theirs. The ISV programme.

The part that decides whether you make money

Configuration, not code, is where the margin is

A change that takes a developer three days takes an hour if the system is described in data. Onfinity keeps its screens, fields, rules and documents as settings rather than source code.

Fewer days per project
The same scope costs you less to deliver, and the difference is your margin rather than the customer's discount.
Your consultants can do it, not only developers
A functional consultant who knows the customer's business can make most changes. You are not waiting on a scarce developer.
An upgrade does not undo the work
Changes held as settings survive the next version. Custom code is what makes upgrades expensive and reputations fragile. The modules you would be configuring.
The source is open if you need it
When something genuinely needs code, your team can read how a figure is calculated. No ticket, no waiting.

Before the sale

Leads shared with partners, and a presales team in the room

Enquiries that come to Onfinity from your region go to partners who can serve them.

Leads passed on, not held back
Onfinity sells through partners in India. An enquiry from your city is worth more to a partner who can visit than to a vendor who cannot.
Presales support on the call
For a deal that needs it, an Onfinity consultant joins the demonstration with you. New partners are not left to answer the hard question alone.
Demonstrations that are ready to run
Built scenarios by industry, with data already in them. You are not setting up a demo tenant the night before a meeting. The industries covered.

After the sale, at eleven at night

An assistant that has read everything Onfinity knows

The hardest part of taking on a new product is the first six months. Your team is still learning it. Onfinity gives partners an AI assistant trained on the product, the implementation guides and the support history.

Implementation questions
How a setting behaves, what a process does, which table a figure comes from. Answered without waiting for a time zone.
Support questions
Your engineer asks first and escalates second, so a customer waits minutes rather than a day.
A person, not a queue
Every partner gets a named contact at Onfinity who knows their deals and their engineers. You are not opening a ticket and hoping.
Sales questions
What the product does and does not do, in the words a customer asked it in. Nobody promises something in a meeting that cannot be built.

Standing in the market

Jio behind you, and a brand your customer recognises

Selling an ERP nobody in the room has heard of is a hard week. Onfinity runs on JioCloud, so customer data stays in India, and the two companies market together. Partners are included in that.

Events in Indian cities
Onfinity runs events city by city rather than only in Delhi and Mumbai. Partners meet buyers in their own market.
Customers you can name
Live implementations you can take a prospect to, in India and abroad.
Material you can put your name on
Decks, brochures and demonstration scripts, ready to be branded as yours.

Who you would be selling to

Serious businesses, with a real problem to solve

Onfinity is not the cheapest thing on the market and does not try to be. It is bought by companies of a few hundred people. They have outgrown what they started on, and they know what an ERP is for.

They have a budget and a reason
A manufacturer whose costing is wrong is not shopping on price alone. Neither is a distributor whose stock does not tie up. What a manufacturer sees.
The deals are worth doing
Enough users and enough modules that the implementation is real work. Not a weekend of setup for a small fee. Editions and pricing.
They stay
An ERP that fits the business is not replaced in two years. The support and the extra modules keep earning for the partner who put it in.

Start with what you sell today.

The industries you work in, the size of company you reach, and whether you implement yourself or resell. That is enough for a first conversation about whether this fits.
