Brochures

Onfinity ERP brochures. What each module does, in a document you can pass on.

One brochure for each module, for the industries Onfinity is set up for, and for the platform partners build on. Each one describes what the module does, shows real screens, and lists the key functions on a data sheet. Fill in the form once; after that every brochure opens with one click.

What is in a brochure

Three pages: the cover, what it does, the data sheet.

Every brochure follows the same plan, so two of them read the same way. Nothing in them is a promise: every function named is a window, a field or a rule in the system.

Page 1: the cover
The position in one line. Four facts. A real screen of the system, or a document drawn from the system's fields. The brochure says which.
Page 2: what it does
Two columns. The process, step by step. Where the tax, the currency or the group figures come in.
Page 3: the data sheet
The key functions, area by area. Six things that set Onfinity apart. Who the module fits. The contact details.
Features, not editions
The brochures describe what the modules do. Which edition carries a module, and what it costs, is on the editions page, and changes without the brochures having to.

The editions and what is in each: the editions compared. For the country-specific brochures, with GST, TDS and payroll for India: the India set.

Questions

Asked about the brochures, answered here.

Do I fill in the form every time?
No. Once. After that the brochures open with one click, for a year on the same browser, on this page and on the India page.
Where does the PDF come from?
From SourceForge, where Onfinity keeps its downloads. The PDF opens in a new tab and the file starts in a few seconds.
Are there prices or editions in the brochures?
No. They describe the features. The editions and what each carries are on the editions page.
Can I send a brochure to a colleague?
Yes. The PDF is yours to share. The colleague does not need to fill in the form.
Are the screens real?
Yes. Every screen is a capture of the system as it runs. A few covers show a document drawn from the system's fields, and say so.
Is there a set for my country?
The India set covers GST, TDS, e-Invoicing and Indian payroll: brochures for India. Other localisations are described on the country pages.
Can I see the system instead?
Yes. A demo shows the same screens with your kind of data. Book a demo. Or download the open source edition and run it on your own server.

Seen the brochure? See the screens.

A demo is the same system with your kind of data. Or build on the platform: the source is open, and what you build stays yours.
